Hand wash

Clean hands are healthy hands. 🖐️✨

Wet your hands with clean running water.

Apply enough soap to cover all hand surfaces.

Rub your palms together – make it nice and foamy.

Scrub between your fingers and don’t forget the thumbs.

Clean the back of your hands and around the nails.

Rub for at least 20 seconds – sing a short song if you like!

Rinse well under running water.

Dry your hands with a clean towel or air dry.

Remember: Hand wash is the first step to stop germs and stay safe!
